2.1 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals intact.
• Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Perishable goods, opened tea packages, and items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

2.2 Return Process and Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are strictly the responsibility of the customer. Teaology does not provide free return shipping labels.

• Approval Process: All returns are subject to physical inspection upon receipt at our facility. Eligibility for a refund is determined solely by Teaology after this inspection.

• GCC Countries: We ship across the Gulf Cooperation Council (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman).

3.3 GCC Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the UAE to other GCC countries, the customer is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
